I had not been to this Wendy's for a while because it was bad. Friends invited me here and I was amazed how clean it was. I was told there was a redecoration project done. Looks good. Service each time has been great. Tables have been clean too, which many times is hard to find in Valencia County at a fast food establishment. Food has been hot and fresh each time. The best thing on the menu is a frosty! Thick, cold, and chocolate. Food is fast, fresh, and good. Give it a try.

Usually, Wendy's is reliably good for fast food. This one however is always awful. Your sandwich will be sloppy. Beyond sloppy. You may or may not get what you ordered, how you ordered it. Be sure to check that baby before you leave. I guess the fact that it's attached to a gas station should be a dead giveaway that service is probably poor, but I do expect people to at least apologize when my order is wrong. Not here- not even the manager. If you're in the area and hungry, I say keep on driving. There's better options nearby

Doors locked at 11. No change to give back to customers. Bacon on baconator fries burnt to a crisp and slow service. Really nothing positive to say.

This place is GROSS!! If you want to see a bunch of chicks under the age of 30 all gossip and play with their phones I suggest you come here around 4pm on a Tuesday. One chick walked in half naked and sweaty to start work and put her Wendy's shirt on in the kitchen. It made my burger a little hard to swallow. There were about 2 flies in the place that I could count and my fries were cold. I complained to my husband the entire time. Nasty. Never going back there.

This place is the worst. Management is poor, food quality is horrible, and to top it off they are one of the nastiest Wendy's I have ever been in. Three weeks ago, it got crap food, complained to the District Manager, who gave me a free meal...get this the GM and the male Assistant Mgr were not there...food was great. Go back in tonight, get food...my hamburger and my sons chicken sandwiches, and my fries sit for 10 minutes...they make me new fries...not cooked thru...get home and my wife's chicken wrap tortilla is as hard as a rock. I drove back to the store, got my money back and I will not step foot in this location until it has new management, and a better reputation. If I were the DM, I'd clean house...GM, Asst. GM and half the crappy crew there would be gone, or at the very least given one opportunity to improve, or down the road you go...fast food workers are a dime a dozen, and it's not rocket science.

One of the best run Wendy's that I have ever been to. The manager was extremely active in the operation. The restaurant was clean and well staffed. My food was hot and clearly made after I ordered it. The location is not ideal, as it is attached to a busy gas station, but the staff made the best of it.
